August 29th, 2017 07:46 PM #298PH is not the first country Uber operated on. Knowing their history and tactics, I'm sure they have studied and strategized already with breaking laws and paying up fines even as high as what they did pay to LTFRB recently.
They are industry disruptors. And I think they know what they are doing.
I'm not for or against the strategy of Uber. But as a business case, I am sure the 190M fine they shelled out is just part of their operating expenses. Mani lang sa kanila yun.
