PhilWeb fails to extend PAGCOR contract during last-minute talks

The article says that PhilWeb will wind down the e-games business, and will look for other revenue streams.

Emergency meeting daw mamaya ang PhilWeb, with management, shareholders, online gaming franchisees...and Ongpin.

i read on the other forum that some "guru" was encouraging people to "buy the fear" yesterday. Judging from the bounce yesterday( 3.02 to 4.25), somebody did. i just hope they didn't bet big.

WEB's book value is 77 cents; i have a feeling it will go down further than that.

Thats true that some are still encouraging to buy the fear. Their reason is either change their business or wait this admin to have a change of heart. They have money to do this and it has been done before by some companies.

Kinakabahan tuloy ako sa isa kong gaming stock, nadadamay. Sana nag cutloss na ko last friday, hay buhay talaga.
