How does someone with more than 10 yrs of work experience answer this question? What's expected from experienced candidates especially those at officer level? Can you share interview tips? How to prepare?

"for the past five (or ten) years, i have been... "
i still remember my interview, when i was starting my training.
i got so animated, narrating my tale, the interviewer, whom i did not know had the same background as me, had to rein in my enthusiasm.
her partner interviewer was probably clueless at what we were talking about...

Talk about the present then tell the interviewer that you will take them back years ago when and how it all started.
I interviewed an applicant before - he said his name, age and then his zodiac sign. [emoji846]
hindi sya natanggap.
Talk about your 10 years of work experience with the same detail as Ted in How I Met Your Mother over 9 seasons
Joking aside, tell them how your experience is valuable for them. It is just advertising yourself.

Interviewer might just be saying, I don't wanna read all these details in your CV, just give me a couple of good reasons you are the best candidate to fit our needs.
