Anyway, took the car this morning sa casa, they scanned the whole system and everything pass except the AFS and the verdict is that the AFS module got messed up when they (Araneta Car Accessories) tapped the door wiring. The dealer said that the car's CPU is sensitive that it will detect any change in voltage. I ask them if kung sila ba nag-install ok na sana, they said they wont install any aftermarket stuff unless it's OEM. Though, I'm not blaming anyone, but warning to all CX5 2.5 owners, don't mess with your car's electronic system otherwise you're gonna end up like me who took that risk and it's not under warranty. It will cost me by the way 22.5k for the AFS module ...that would have been a nice portable gps and nexus 7 I've been wanting to buy.

    Ask for second opinion Bro.

This time, remove the accessories & dont mention about it.

I agree. Try mo rin reset ECU by unplugging battery for around 5mins. Might help nothing to lose naman.

Thanks for the advice guys, inisip ko na nga rin tanggalin totally ung accessories then bring it to the dealer where I originally bought the car to avail the warranty, kaso nasa Cabanatuan pa kasi yun.

Don't remove the battery because the i-stop will re-set and you'd have to go to the CASA to have it activated.

Found this guide on the led scuff plates installation on Mazda247 forums. This should take the guessing game out of the installation of the scuff plates.

    https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/...STALLATION.pdf

Hope it helps future installations. Just print it out and bring it to installers.

I did lead scuff plates modifications to my previous CX5 but that was the 2.0L. I think the problem is for those with I-stop or the CX5 2.5L version?

Yup, there's no problem with the 2.0, it's the 2.5 that we need to be careful since a slight change in voltage will affect the other tech features of the unit. I also disconnected the battery for about 15 minutes (though germs said dont disconnect the battery which I read only after nadis-connect ko na) luckily it did not disable my i-stop but still no luck with the flashing AFS. Am going to contact my dealer where I bought the unit but my next problem is removing the LED door sill without damaging (scratching the car) and bending the accessory sayang naman 3.6k din yun :kick:

Why not leave it there and just disconnect the connections? At least it will not get damaged and when somebody finds a solution it will only take you to reconnect it to the proper/correct source. Have you tried reading and doing the procedures posted by LRTan? Maybe worth a try.
