My trip to Ankor Wat, Cambodia was an interesting one and this caught my eye mainly because of the Mano Cornuto or the Devil's horn hand sign on this stone carving of a Khmer princess:
It's not only here but every temple I've visited in every Asian country I've been to. It's everywhere. I've also been to an old European Church in Indonesia and to my astonishment, it's on one of the religious statues there. I'll post the picture here once my external hadisk enclosure arrives next week. My two desktop computers just died on me and I need to remove the hardisks and install it to the enclosure so I can access the data through my laptop.
I walked for 15 mins and I found this ancient structure and it happened to be the King's palace, if I'm not mistaken. Women are not allowed here if they are not covered properly. There's a guard there to make sure everyone complies.
The stairs were rather steep. Very steep. This is the view from the second level.
When I reached the top, I was surprised to find a pyramid structure sitting there. One strange thing about this is, the architecture is different from the rest. It looks like it belonged to the Aztecs/Mayans. Perhaps, Quetzalcoatl/Kukulkan was here as their king. lol
Some dark passages within the ancient structure feels like there are some kind of "presence" lurking within the darkness.
