so gusto mo itapon yung galaxy tab because you didn't have enough patience to safely remove it by following correct protocol? chances are you corrupted the disk na when you interrupted an ongoing I/O operation. hindi naman considered trash na yan, you can still reformat that flash drive but consider your data gone.
once again, if you don't want to blame yourself, finger should be pointed at Android instead of Touchwiz (or the hardware) by Samsung. i hope this teaches you to respect proper protocol when removing USB storage devices.Looks like the USB is now corrupted Hopefully what 1D4LV said works, if not... f*ck samsung.
