guys.. ung old sim niyo muna ang gamitin niyo kung mejo aburido kayo ngaun dahil sa upgrade.. pero sulit naman yan pagkatapos at panigurado maraming freebies yan pag natapos..para makabawi sa mga clients!
Nakakatawa nga sila eh. Nagpapachange lang ako nang billing address eh di daw pwede.
Change ko lang naman eh Home to office address para hindi mahirapan sa billing kasi madalas walang tao sa house.

What a customer service... tsk tsk tsk... Malapit pa naman ako lumipat nang bahay saka nang ofc... paano na ngayon nila ako mahahanap... paano na yung cellphone na nilibre nila sa akin... Papalipat lang nang billing address para mabayaran sila nang tama sila pa ang ayaw...
ako din ganun ang sabi di daw pwede. eh gusto ko kasi sa office na din ibagsak yung bill ko kasi pumayag na yung boss ko na sagutin ng company yung phone bill ko. ayaw ba naman ng sun cust service at ang sabi eh kailangan pa daw akong pumunta sa sunshop at magsubmit ng proof of billing dun sa office address ko. huuwaat??!!?? hehe. kainis.

I bought 4 prepaid load worth 150 each. to load 2 of my prepaid sims with ctu. the card no. were in series, from 06 to 09. but only one worked. so I contacted sun, and they told me they would investigate.
because of my impatience to use 24/7 i asked a friend to buy me another set of reload cards from glorietta. I was able to load 300 on each phone. then I typed ctu 250 to 247. after message sent and my balance deducted by 250. nothing happened afterwards. My past reload with ctu wasnt like this. after sending the 250, tthe balance was supposed to show up together with the ctu code and pin. but this time nothing happen. I reloaded both phones with ctu, both did not receive the ctu pin and code,
please help me sun peeps.![]()
my no. is 09224448541 and 09223894343. botth did not receive the ctu no. but balance deducted by 250. I already told the customer service of my problem.
I hope you can help me. I'm helpless without my sun 24/7.
