    actually sir 27th_faktory napansin ko kahit walang ctu basta may load nakakasend. nakakasend na ako eh P2 lang load ko hehehe although ndi lagi, pero hindi ako nahihirapan tumawag

    sana gawing maayos na ung loading ng ctu, kasi anlabo e walang voice indication na successful load na ctu.

    yep oo nga basta may load nakaka send ng 24/7, same here i can also call even before i use the normal load. sa text lang talaga hirap. but ngayon hindi na

    i called cust care earlier today 5 times!!! and they just keep on disconnecting me. some of the cust care rep were rude. at some point, i already asked for a manager and all they say is "they are in a meeting" or "they are engaged in a call", but my god! 24x7 din silang nasa meeting or in a call?! i dont think so... another thing, a cust care rep forgot to put me on hold or mute, i heard him talking to the manager/team leader and that TL was trying to avoid the call, she keeps on telling the agent to try to handle the call. sabi pa nya... "ayoko nga kunin yang call, ano sasabihin ko?!" then the cust care rep promised that a team manager will call me to update me on the issue, but upto now, I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY CALL..

    sabi ko nga sa cust care rep... "hinihintay ko na lang na sabihin nyo na: ma'm di na po mareresolve ang issue nyo, itapon nyo na po yang sim nyo at bumili na kayo ng bago!" lech...

    i'm sorry, i can't help it, i really have to go to a sun shop tomorrow and file a complaint or whatever just to be able to get a result from this...

    poor cust service....

    i also called cust care kanina, nakatatlong kanta na sa waiting tune before ako sinagot, buti na lang magaganda mga kanta.hehehe

    prob ko with sun yung di makaconnect from 6-10pm, which i know everyone experiences as well

    if you guys just knew how badly undermanned we really are. i was even surprised when i learned of the seat capacity of our call center (for Sun Cellular).

    like in my instance... in our department there are 3 of us (before there was only me). in abs-cbn, they have 3 departments (with around 20 people) doing the same job that we are doing.

    Nagkaerror loading nung CTU. Last January 23 nagload ako new CTU card di pala nagload ayun nabawasan tuloy regular load ko last week akala ko naka 24/7 pa naman ako. I tried to reload my CTU card last week sabi used na daw. Kanina lang naging active yung 24/7 card ko pero ang expiration nya pa rin sa Feb 23. Lugi tuloy yung past week na di gumagana 24/7 sa akin

    just visit a sun shop to have a more personal contact (though as you know, frontliners will just forward this to our concerned technical group doing the investigation).

    IMO, that is all because sun cellular decided to implement a major change that is too much for their capacity.

    if they can only provide good service at least, the sun sim wouldnt just be every filipino's secondary sim..
