sana gawing maayos na ung loading ng ctu, kasi anlabo e walang voice indication na successful load na ctu.
yep oo nga basta may load nakaka send ng 24/7, same here i can also call even before i use the normal load. sa text lang talaga hirap. but ngayon hindi na

if you guys just knew how badly undermanned we really are. i was even surprised when i learned of the seat capacity of our call center (for Sun Cellular).
like in my instance... in our department there are 3 of us (before there was only me). in abs-cbn, they have 3 departments (with around 20 people) doing the same job that we are doing.
Ok lang sana kung for fun lang ang phone samin.
Minsan may nagtext sakin na may 'mayday' daw kami.
Aba nung dumating ang text matagal na palang namatay yung patient. Hindi din matawagan yung phone...

Nagkaerror loading nung CTU. Last January 23 nagload ako new CTU card di pala nagload ayun nabawasan tuloy regular load ko last week akala ko naka 24/7 pa naman ako. I tried to reload my CTU card last week sabi used na daw. Kanina lang naging active yung 24/7 card ko pero ang expiration nya pa rin sa Feb 23. Lugi tuloy yung past week na di gumagana 24/7 sa akin
