Software bug...
"While users believe it to be a hardware issue, related to the OLED display, Apple has addressed the problem, saying that it’s a software bug mimicking a screen burn-in. The issue is expected to be resolved by the iOS 17.1 update that Apple released as a response.
“The iOS 17.1 update also addresses several other bugs. It fixes an issue that could cause the Significant Location privacy setting to reset when transferring or pairing an Apple Watch for the first time, plus it addresses a bug that could cause custom and purchased ringtones not to appear as options for a text tone,” MacRumors said in its report.
The report also said that users of the older iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro models have also been facing this issue and hence, Apple did not specifically mention the iPhone 15 Pro in its release notes."

That's not to say that messages from Android devices will no longer appear green on Apple's Messages app. It does mean that texts from iPhones to non-iOS devices will support the newer Rich Communication Services protocol, meaning they will not have to go through the aging SMS (and MMS) system.
I was having my old phone changed battery sa mga clusters ng repair shop. While waiting I saw this shop that has a marquee sign, one of their service is "bypass". I was wondering if this is security bypass. Kaya ba may mga balita ng nanakaw na phone then na simot laman ng bank account.
I have the Tecno Camon 20pro 5g for 3 months now and I can safely say it really is bang-for-the-buck, although at first its battery performance was so poor but with the current ( I think 3rd) firmware update medyo stable na ang battery it can last me the whole day, dati kasi after lunch nasa 20-30% na kelangan ko na isaksak sa charger.
I recently bought an Infinix Phone around Php15K and the camera, video and even nights shots is on par or better than Samsung S22 Ultra. So phone nowadays even a mid-end one have a really good camera.
Portability ... you really don't need a large screen for usability ... people used to wonder why anyone would need a 6-inch+ screen on a mobile phone ... now people are asking why you would need a sub 6-inch screen on a mobile phone ...
Have been looking for a really handy phone that can fit in pocket comfortably ... so far it's the iPhone SE ... pair it with an iPad mini for those times one needs a larger screen ... the trend in increasing sizes of mobile phones have led to decline in sales of jeans for men ...
I just googled smallest phones 2023, it seems that the smallest size considered now is 6.1", aside from the fold phones. The iPhone SE that I like is 4.7"
for me,
it's not really the size of the screen,
but rather, the size of the keyboard.
big hands, me.
I watch Netflix on my phone so I prefer a phone with a bigger screen.
I agree with you about the iPhone SE being the perfect size. The Samsung Galaxy S10e is another great option, with a 5.8" screen and thinner bezels than the iPhone SE. I don't need a big phone because I don't play mobile games on it. I'd rather use my PC, TV, or tablet for watching videos or movies.
[emoji58]
