I was having my old phone changed battery sa mga clusters ng repair shop. While waiting I saw this shop that has a marquee sign, one of their service is "bypass". I was wondering if this is security bypass. Kaya ba may mga balita ng nanakaw na phone then na simot laman ng bank account.
