Yup my phone was 2 months old when I bought it.

My brother has bought and sold around 10 Note 10/10+ already over the past few months.

Yeah I've observed the same behavior over the past 3 years of flagship Samsung launches:
    - At launch, people will resell their bnew phones about 15-20% lower than SRP
    - Within 3 months, prices drop by about 35-40% of SRP
    - After a year, market price is about 60% less than SRP.

So I now change phones every year after 3 months of launch of the phone I want.

Considering the S20 top model cost close to 80k... I wonder who has money to burn.

That was my plan for the S20 but might wait for Note 20 nalang. S20's only advantage vs Note 10 is the camera. Might as well wait for the Note 20 so that everything else is upgraded too.

    Will get Nov/Dec 2020.

It’s not really a good investment for top tier phones since yearly may nilalabas na newer and upgraded models. Unless you wish to keep yours for the next 3 years and longer or if it’s under a lock-in contract of sorts.

Treat it like a car purchase. Samsung high end smartphones are like the Camry or Accord... All the gizmos, but no re sale value.

I don't see it as an "investment"

A phone is a tool, an extension of oneself...

same inexpensive phone will do the same tricks. Flagship fanboys (kasama Apple users dito) will talk about "fluidity" & "ease of use" etc

Pero ilalabas mo ba talaga si Galaxy J sa mga event na pinupuntahan mo?

Matutuwa ka ba sa speed ng cheaper/older phone kapag nasa kotse ka?

May kanya kanyang dahilan, pangangailangan, yabang at bulsa... Kaya ibaba features+price point ng phone

The next evolution in battery (finally) is here, now. It charges faster than a normal a normal battery, you just need a charger with high wattage. Also lasts longer than a normal battery.

Maybe we can see this in a year or 2 on our phones.
