As per the latest S9 rumors, only the S9+ will get a dual camera. Eh yun lang talaga habol ko sa current gen ng Samsung flagships.

This is quite a bummer for me. Seems like I'll have to stick with an S7 Edge for a little while longer.

My Note 5 is now unusable:

My four year old Note 3 with its plasticky body is in much better shape. Only changed to a generic battery and still doing well.

All my other phones fared much better than this Note 5. It's not a knock on Samsung's quality (my dad's and fiance's Note 5 are still working fine). Actually mine was in perfect condition until I dropped it one day and had a crack on the screen.

Had it fixed in Greenhills and it all went downhill from there. Subpar screen replacement cracked by itself, then took the original LCD with it.

I would never recommend to get a phone fixed in Greenhills again.

Depends on the technician/repair store I guess. Sa Xperia group may kilalang store na may OEM and class A parts na pulido gumawa, though I don't think he has the same equipment Sony uses to install panel adhesives for water resistance.

Depends on the technician/repair store I guess. Sa Xperia group may kilalang store na may OEM and class A parts na pulido gumawa, though I don't think he has the same equipment Sony uses to install panel adhesives for water resistance.

These Greenhills guys were so confident that they can (they even have that heat press that binds the new screen to the existing LCD). Ayun, 3 hrs palang nagcrack na magisa yung new screen. A week later, nagcrack uli. Parehong walang bagsak.

Is there a Greenhills repair shop that you can recommend that actually does quality work on Samsung phones?

Cell Active in 2nd floor (actually 2.5th floor) in Theatre Mall comes to mind. Had a water damaged S7 running again. Nakakatakot lang sa simula kasi you'll think na hindi sila marunong gumawa. Talked to Bench (owner) madali lang naman kausapin.

Halos same lang presyo ng P9 sa S7E (real market prices, not overinflated SRP).

Between the two, I like the S7E infinitely more. In fact kahit between the P10 and S7E, S7 pa rin ako. Ganda lang camera ng P10 but everything else mas okay S7E.

Sablay kasi gps ng china made phones. Tska wala akong tiwala talaga, madalas ako gumawa ng bank transactions over my phone.
