I bought my Samsung A6+ in 2018 and only replaced it last month. Battery is still usable. It's not far-fetched that I will be keeping my current phone for 5 years. More so with the updates.

I'm using a company phone... so it gets replaced every 2 years.

My wife and daughter used to replace their phones every 2 years. pero they we're not happy with the 14Pro kaya they decided to skip it and use their 12Pro's for another year and wait for the 15Pro

iPhone 15 will come in a 'unique' colour, leaker claims - here are the shades we expect | Daily Mail Online

The iPhone 15 will feature an 18 per cent larger battery, iPhone 15 Plus and iPhone 15 Pro a 14 per cent larger battery, and the iPhone 15 Pro Max a 12 per cent larger battery.

This means the iPhone 15 could have a 3877mAh capacity, iPhone 15 Plus 4912mAh, iPhone 15 Pro 3650mAh and iPhone 15 Pro Max could have 4852mAh.

Meanwhile, dummy units suggest the new smartphones could have a titanium design and a USB-C charging port.

i use my celphone until it becomes palpably old.
when it becomes tedious to operate.
when it's shortcomings become more and more evident.
    that's when i buy a replacement.

Top specs for less than 60k. It's enticing, but I don't games so the latest processor would be wasted on me. I wonder how can I justify these top specs.

I've never heard of the brand honor before. Is this a Chinese brand?

I think it's a spin off from Huawei... used to be a model of Huawei phones... then became a brand I guess so it can get Google apps

Honor used to be the mid-range brand of Huawei.

"Humiwalay" lang sya sa Huawei to escape the US sanctions against Huawei.

I'm assuming the OS is like the previous Huawei phones. I have experience with a Huawei many years ago. My experience is Huawei is very aggressive in killing apps from the memory. I didn't like the OS back then. [emoji23]
