I heard a security tip from social media which makes sense. It is suggested that your banking and cash waller app is on different device than your sim card OTP device. Para daw pag nawala ang isa. Hindi basta basta ma gagalaw ang banking app mo.

Although I don't know na meron way ma hack ang screen password mo.

hmmm. my point naman yung nagsabi, mababasa mo dapat yung OTP through the phone's notification panel (lalo na kung Android)

so I guess applicable ito kung makuha syo buong bag mo which has your credit card and phone.

A little bit of controversy about the 100x zoom of s23 ultra. It seems Samsung is using too much A.I. on the image. Anyway I don't if this kind of image processing also applies to personal images.
all mobile phone photos are heavily processed. kaya nga almost no one uses a regular camera na.

no one wants to edit photos after taking them... everyone just wants to shoot and share

Interesting battle, Asus ROG 7 ultimate vs iPhone 14 pro max. Although these are 2 different phones. The iPhone is like a slim laptop and the ROG gaming phone is like a bulky tower desktop.

I got a prompt on my Note 9 that it's overheating. I did not notice kasi my phone has a case. It was indeed very hot! I turned it off kaagad. After 5 mins I opened it and it got hot after a few mins so I turned it off again.

Did you install any new apps?

Long ago our Note 1 overheated to the point that it left burn-in marks on the screen after just a few minutes.

Either the battery is dying or motherboard issue na yan.

Battery na nga yan. My wife's S9+ experienced the same before dying altogether. Better get a replacement and install samsung's smart switch or just another Samsung.

Mabilis madrain na battery, malapit na bibigay battery mo. Check mo likuran ng phone mo, mukha bang lumolobo na yung likod? Either palit phone o pagawa mo sa trusted technician para palit battery.

when a battery gets uncomfortably hot, it probably means, it is draining faster than usual.
in my case, it was when i used an app that was already in the phone even before, but i had started using only now.
i was informed that newer phones were more efficient in the use of that app, and wouldn't drain as fast or heat up as much, as my older phone.
experiment with it, or bring it to the fixit shop, for piece of mind.

Same, more than 3 or4 years okay pa naman. But marami nga balita na kapag hindi nagagamit is prone sa bloating ang Samsung battery. Planned obsolescence?

not defending Samsung or any other phone manufacturers

pero Samsung regularly updates its devices' Android version (upto 3 versions on some devices)

the newer the version, mas malakas din sa system requirements, meaning mas malakas din sa battery.
remember when Apple was caught throttling down their devices to save battery? kasi their devices receive up to 5 iOS versions.

I have an Android 8 device at home just to maintain my travel SIM cards and pwede pa sya as a spare device. pero I'm sure if the same hardware ran Android 9 or 10, maiinis na din ako sa battery life nya.

same with our businesses RealMe C30 - its working fine on Android 11 GO, pero I'm sure it will be slower with a shorter battery life if it ran Android 13
