I laughed after the launch of the latest iPhone 14. Some of the new features are already being enjoyed by Android phone users for many years.

One thing I really hate with the smartphones nowadays is the ridiculous size. I just don't see the practical reason of carrying a 7' inch phone around that you can't comfortably put inside your pants pocket. A 6" smartphone is already inconvenient to use with one hand.

I'm looking for a new smartphone that's smaller than 6". Perhaps this new Asus Zenfone 9 will fit my needs.

The purpose of e-SIM is to be more convenient ... it can be activated remotely ... but knowing PH, they will find ways to make it complicated ...

iPhone 14 Plus vs iPhone 13 Pro... same price and still undecided. medyo beyond budget yung totl model.
bday gift for daughter. 6.7"/ios 16 against 6.1"/ios 15. her current phone is a samsung with 6.1" size. i don't have any experience with these latest iPhones, yung last yata na nahawakan ko ay IP 6Plus. what's your take guys?

The latest, the better imho. Better support, better internals in the long run (battery is at least 6 months older). Bigger screen, if that is okay size-wise.

More camera at the back for the iphone 13 pro though.

For Philippines wala pa. Postpaid lang meron for both smart and globe. From what I heard right now on hold me naman daw kay smart.

iPhone 13 (and mini) na lang available sa Apple Store PH.

Wala na yung 13 Pro - not unless may available units pa sa physical stores.

Newer is always better...

i agree.
higher-spec phones can last longer in one's service, than lower-end phones.
but if phone replacement on a regular basis is one's cup of tea...

I agree with this. Apple will have the iPhone 13 chip in non pro versions of iPhone 14. Get the iPhone 14 Pro if you want the latest chip.
