    The pci-sig will hurt.
Someof their carrier (telco/routing/switching) grade devices have pci in them.

Halos wala na nga option eh.
Few years ago, we still have HTC, Sony, Acer to name a few. Now it is [emoji630] brands, Samsung, and Apple only.
Asus and Nokia is lagging behind so they are not a competitor anymore.

For midrange and "lower flagship" IMHO Asus and Nokia has compelling product portfolio.

Is Asus considered a Chinese made though officially calls itself Taiwanese? Like Foxconn is Taiwanese but it's factories are China based. Also Nokia phones are now manufactured by Foxconn...

Taiwan believes they are an independent state and acts that way.

At least HMD is a Finnish company.

So imho both are considered non-chinese phones.

Older Apple phones dominate the market... because unlike Android, may updates pa rin sila. Android mga 2 years lang.

Also newer Apple phones are suffering from demand destruction because of their prices.

Samsung flagship product line is elegant looking ha, baket di na lang yun gamitin nyo.

Those plasticky China phones parang lalo pa kayo napapamahal coz it looks like a toy and holds like a toy.

Except for the Huawei P series, I like the P series kasi it holds elegantly .

Mayrun naman other option for the android, the Google Pixel, american quality made. Why not consider that as alternative.

Alam nyo if hardware builders themselves can heavily customize the Android open source, delikado yan para sa inyo, your data, your passwords, your personal fsmily etc. dapat dun pa lanv maging cause of concern na sa inyo yan

I doubt Samsung and Google will do that naman, kasi they are reputable companies.

Problem with one plus 7 is the ghost touch issue.

But if it can be fixed by a software update, then it is indeed the best phone value wise for now.
