Globe has a nice offer sa s8 too. A bit cheaper sa globe pag compute ng total price.

Still thinking of getting s8+ too. But I just bought a new battery for my note4 and this battery may last another 2 years.

Nag renew ako sa smart with s8 plus. Medyo nalito ako, they had an offer na kala ko mas mahal sa promo nila sa store.

Promo: plan 399 with 3gb data, initial cash out of 8299. Then monthly of 399 + 1500 for 2 years.

Offer sa renewal: plan 799 with 3.5gb data, no downpayment, 34k for the phone spread into 2 years ko interest.

Knee jerk reaction ko is mas mura yung plan 399 vs plan 799. Although pag uwi ko I computed at mas mura yung offer nila for renewal.

Cheaper option - hintay ka magbebenta ng S8 nila na nakuha nila from Smart/Globe, usually 5-7k lower than SRP

399 + (34000 / 24) = 1,815/month

Go with the iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 plus.
So that she wouldn't have to adjust with a new interface (if you opted for an Android/Windows OS phone).

Plus she'll get a faster/more responsive phone with better camera that what she has right now.

Ask your wife if she wants the 7 plus, since it'll be significantly larger than what she has right now.

My wife and my mom opted for the larger one, since they both love watching movies from their phone. They're not really bothered with the size, since they always have their purse/bags around.

Or if she's not bothered with a new interface, the S8 is a beautiful phone too, but it's larger than what she has too though.

Thanks boss! Yeah, the earphones where a nice surprise. I actually didn't read much about the S8 prior to getting it. Impulse buy lang talaga kasi nagloloko na battery ng Note 2 ko. All I know was the S7 Edge set benchmark records back then so I was expecting the S8 to take a step further in that department. Problem ko lang is the lack of accessories(screen protector and protective cases) for the S8 and S8+. Marami sa Samsung store kaso ang mamahal.

cases? otterbox has one, so does spigen, otterbox alpha glass is 1800, i have one on pre order but will return it coz it doesnt fit on some cases like the uag monarch which will be here next week, hopefully.

sa mga groups sa fb ng s8 and s8+ may nagbebenta ng cases, as low as 150. Although that is glass all around, id get an otter box for that if i were you. the glass at the back seems not as tough as the screen glass.
