Might be nice but.... it will surely cost way over P30K for the Samsung Galaxy S4 when it is released locally. Right now, I can buy the S3 (new) with 16GB at around P21K and delivered to my address.
Paying over P30K for a "phone" is too much for my budget. My limit is a more "practical" P20K.

Edit: altho sa chery baka may issues ako sa longetivity. Mga 1 yr lanh naman tumatagal cellphone sakin, maybe budget of 10k for now. Ano kaya pwede? Preferably samsung or nokia
