    been a SmartBrolok subscriber for almost 4 months already. the service sucks big time. pag tatawag ka sa customer service yung usual ipconfig /release and /renew procedures lang alam nila.

    Ang sira palagi sa SmartBro is palaging may connection between SM (subscriber modem) and AP (base station) pero yung AP mismo hindi makaconnect sa backbone ng network.

    kahit anong broadband may problema talaga whether wired or wireless. kaya i'll stick to wired DSL.

    mga sir, question lang. na-try mo na bang mag-reset nang connection via removing the plug of the AP saka yung patch cable mo? baka dun lang ang problema. ewan ko naka-Smart WiFi ako pero me connection naman ako e.

    Opo... tried to disconnect/reconnect/unplug/restart yung router at yung 'modem' na nakakabit dun sa wireless antenna na nakatutok dun sa repeater (tower) ng Smart. Sabi ng call center (after waiting for 30 minutes bago sagutin yung phone ) may technical repair activities pa din dun sa node namin. Laging ganun na lang ang sinasabi nila.

    Iyong canopy namin ay nakasurvive naman ng bagyo. It's good that I changed the mounting screws that were used, much earlier. Else, malamang bumagsak ito.

    So far, okay naman ang connection at walang service interruption kaming na-engkwentro.

    bro, try mo makontak yng smartwifi, sakin dati nagkaroon ng sira, tpos from customer support, hndi maayos kaya kinonek ako thru the trouble shooting team tpos pinapunta ko sa bahay para ayusin.. ayun, kinabukasan nandito na clapara ayusin.. ayos nman d2 sa amin, may signal at mabilis nman..

    this is slow compare to my connection when i was in canada. my download speed there is 225 kb/s on the average.
