dito lang ako sa pinas bro. tinitingnan ko lang ang possibility ng using satellite for TV viewing lalo na yung channels na wala sa local cable TV provider.

paki PM naman yung website. want to study the possibilities first. tnx!

I called dream para mag pa quote and next day kakatawa may pumunta pero yung 1 time payment na all channels may flier pa. Sobra mahal 30K sabi ko ano ako bale..

Can you post links na nagkakabit ng satellite tv like dream pero one time deal lang, like in the post around 10K-15K should be fine.

    TIA.

Found this site www.filsat.com this might help.

meron din sa buyandsellph.com average 7K-11K just type satellite in the search box.

I read in filsat na meron daw mga intallers na sa una gagana for a few weeks to a month tapos wala na.

ingat ingat nga lang sa mga manloloko.

parang pass muna ako sa non-legit sat tv.

    1) Illegal siya.
    2) Expensive.
    3) risky - maybe in a few weeks or a few months wala na siya = wala na din ang 7-15K mo.

technically the satelite signal is sent everywhere....

now if you have the way to decode the signal (you merely need a program with a right algorithym to decode this signal) then you can view the signal in your TV.

to say whether this is illegal or not, I'd say it depends if the signal he is debugging is that of a known seller (ex Dream).... otherwise, I don't think that this is a "classified" illegal thing.

on the legalities issues, may be it is not NTC registered.... but then again most celphones not coming from local telcos are not NTC registered either....

marami rin naman yatang free-to-air channels ... so it is just like watching broadcast tv with plain aerial antenna ... nothing illegal there

of course, lots of owners also decode pay channels on their own for free (thanks to internet) ... deemed illegal ... but nobody cares

If I were you I would ask their credibility. They maybe a BOOTLEGGER so beware, its a trap. It may works the system for a while maybe a month or lesser until you exhuasted the air time on the satellite card then "POOOOOOP" no more. Naturally, you have to call them to fix and of course another charge and too many blahhh, blahhhh just to make you believe.

Just remember this...... you cannot receive and air time unless you subcribe's to the provider.
