Okay ba yung mga ito? like yung coolshot or mustek? mura lang kasi eh...yung ixus ko kasi nasira yung sensor niya kailangan daw palitan...7thou to repair...mahal! reliable ba mga brands na ito? if they say its 7MegaPix is it really 7MPs? I want to replace my ixus with one of these cameras....worth it kaya? Thanks guys!

sama ng quality pre, and the build is really, really flimsy.

im not saying this na blindshot hehe, officemate ko kumuha na twice, and sa catalog lang maganda. pag nahawakan mo na ubod ng gaan, yung mga specs nya sobrang overrated...

may nakuha sya 5mgpx daw, compare mo pics nya from a 2mgpx na lumang canon ang layo hehe.

think "webcam quality" ganun sila halos lahat.

bumili ka nalang 2nd hand kahit 3-4mgpx na "legit camera brand" is more than enough for most casual users not printing above 8x10 anyway.

mas sayang pera mo if you'll buy those generic cams. Cousin ko nakabili ng ganun mura lang talaga 5k lang pero just like what theveed said, panget ang quality ng pics. Maiinis ka lang.

oo nga theveed sabi ko nga baka maski brand new na 3megapix nasa below 10 nalang...thats the one I have now na nasira....but to spend 7 thou to fix it parang bibili nalang ako ng bago? problem is king meron pang nagbebenta ng brand new na 3megapix na camera hehehe....

so far, sa tingin ko ok naman. basta mataas na spec nung DVD cam kuhanin mo. medyo mahal nga lang yung recordable, and lalo na kung re-writable pa.

dont go with these chinese-ish brands.. e.g. mustek, plastek and all the teks..

they're sensor is different from the branded. afaik, cmos sensor lang gamit ng mga ito. Unlike yung mga "branded" ones.

7MP?! i don't thinks so. Parang 3mp quality lang yan, interpolated to produce 7mp pics..


RE: Effective pixels, just multiply the resolution and you get the effective pixels.

Check mo sa hidalgo, sulit prices don. Camera's sold in malls for 13k, 10k lang sa hidalgo. Complete with 1 year warranty.

ya, those cheap cameras are not recommended.

i just bought myself a 3.2Mp olympus camera. got it with almost 10k discount. hehehe. bnew old stock sya. worth it IMHO.

there are lots of 2nd hand cams in tipidpc.com. brandnew, sa hidalgo nga. pati memory and batteries, hidalgo na.

Quiapo, yung kalye perpendicular sa Quezon Blvd na nagsisimula sa may harap na pinto ng simbahan. (Teka, actually Hidalgo rin pala yung kabila ng underpass.) Basta yung sa side ng simbahan dun ka magmula.

I can attest to this, my officemate also bought one, di talaga maganda quality for both the picture and build, my officemate got a Mustek.

He got the Mustek 5 megapixel yata and we compared it to my Kodak 4MP digicam ang layo ng picture quality.

After three days he got rid of it and bought a canon.

sama ng quality ng cheap. lalo na nanggaling ka sa branded katulad ng canon. ung barkada kong mahilig sa mga cheap na bagay bumili after a month nabali ung door ng battery, nilagyan na lang nya ng rubber band. tapos pag madilim, sobrang dilim. pag maliwanag, sobra din. eventually he got a sony. pero sayang din yung ilang libo nya.
