i guess it won't do any harm. just last week, i forgot to shut it down but as of today..it's still ok.
my older brother always left his laptop turned on overnight. . . . downloading **** and movies. . . as of now no problem with his laptop, i even try to touch it if it is too hot, but it is not and take note he dont have an aircon unit in his room, he only have is the standard rotating electric fan![]()
Its perfectly fine to leave your laptop on 24/7. Just make sure that the fans are not blocked. I leave mine on days at a time. No aircon, no electric fan. I do have my laptop undervolted and it helps in keeping it cool. If you are concerned about heat, try getting a notebook cooler.
I do suggest na gumamit na lang ng laptop coolers, kahit na siguro yung USB-powered cooler na may fan.![]()

I leave my notebook on all the time, 24/7, also without any A/C or electric fan. I do use a USB notebook cooler to prevent it from 'overheating'. I suggest you get a notebook cooler made of aluminum as the plastic ones didnt last me very long. Depending on the size of your notebook, get one with 2 big fans or a model with 3 normal fans.

uy nice sir boybi... same tayo ng laptopa month ago ko nabili, sayang, i have to pay for the upgrade of the RAM, ikaw free
hihihi...
nweiz question lang, we have been advised kasi na kapag full charge na yung battery, much better na let it run using the battery...totoo ba ito? hindi ba pwede na always its running on electricity?
how much did you pay for the RAM (512mb?)?
is there a way to adjust the contrast of the monitor of laptops? masyadong bright kasi yung white sa screen, medyo nakakasilaw magbasa. buti pa itong LCD monitor ng desktop ko, hindi masakit sa mata.
