ACE android tv at lazada and shoppee. There were also off-brands that are available there like CHIQ, LET'S VIEW etc.

So we bought the Ace 32" smart TV. So far it's working fine except that in the YouTube app, we can't seem to log in to an account. The same goes with Google Play. For anything to do with logging in a Google account, it just shows a loading icon in the center of the screen like the one below and stays there. We don't even get to see the login page to type in our username and password.

Netflix and Plex works fine. YouTube also works as far as playing videos. We just can't sign in to an account.

So our TCL have this problem.

Although this troubleshooting is for roku version of TCL which believe is only sold in US. I still tried and no success.

Our TCL is stuck in headphone mode. I think it's because the external speaker is connected to it for years. My guess is a wire inside the jack is bent permanently to come in contact on something to signify headphone mode.

Medyo sira na external speaker namin. May static na. It'll be more stressful to look for someone to repair it at have a home service and not really sure if it's fixable, than buying a new one. I don't want to carry it to shop for repairs as it is heavy.

So I'm thinking buying a new external speaker. Our TV allows Bluetooth and maybe also optical cable. Just not its own speaker. Is it a good idea to buy a TV speaker and connect it via Bluetooth? Do I have to turn the speaker on everytime? Alan ko kasi may auto off Bluetooth speakers oag hindi ginagamit.

the problem with bluetooth connection is you have to know the version and the codecs supported by each device. they will affect the quality of the output sound. it is possible also to encounter latency or sound delay issues. no such problems with optical cable connection.

Between Bluetooth and Optical audio, it is better to choose the latter. But due to bandwidth limitations, optical still does not support as many codecs compared to HDMI.

If your speaker is a basic 2.0, 2.1, or 5.1, unsupported codecs may be downmixed to stereo.

I bought a jbl soundbar. It has hdmi connection, good thing may hdmi arc yung TV ko, hindi kasi ako sure kung meron.

It seems di maganda ang soundbar pag nasa baba and hindi face level. I bought this bracket so I can attach it to the bottom of the TV and make it face level.

Medyo nagsisisi ako kasi hindi ko kukuha yung may sub woofer. I'm wondering if I can buy a separate sub woofer and chain it to the hdmi arc.

Jbl 2.0 all in one. Medyo nagsisisi ako. I should have bought the one with subwoofer. Wala syang line out. Optical port, HDMI port and Bluetooth lang.

When I was testing it at the jbl store eh satisfied ako sa sounds, nung na install na sa bahay parang ma treble na sya at medyo kulang ng bass. Something about their setup sa store makes it sound good. Maybe because it's eye level or nasa medyo kulob na stante sa store? I don't know.

if you want it to sound big, pwede ka gawa or bili diffusers sa likod ng speaker

Check if there are EQ presets like TV, Movie, Voice/Clarity, Music, Custom, etc. You might find a preset that suits you.

Is that your main TV at home?

We have different preferences. In my case, my main TV/Ent. center is in the living room so it's 5.1 surround.

In the bedroom, I have a 2.1 soundbar that's wall mounted below the TV. It's a Samsung K350 (I think) and it's fully integrated wirelessly with the Samsung smart TV through SoundConnect.

you need a way to connect a subwoofer and something like this may work:

If you really want a sub, replace it with a 2.1.

There are no options to add a sub to your 2.0. You can shoehorn it but how do you sync up the volume control?

This one I bought is 11k nung tinitignan ko. When I was paying nasa 5k na lang pala sya, malaki discount. The one with a longer soundbar and a subwoofer is 16k, down from 32k.

Nung binabayaran ko na eh nag alangan ako bigla, medyo below sa target budget ko. I want to spend more, in the range of 10k. Hindi yata ako naintindihan nung sales lady, nung babayaran na at sinabi nya sa kin na 5k discounted price nya, I asked her kung meron sila model na around 10k ang price after discount. [emoji23]

I think I'll take a look at what you said na Samsung na 9k. Also research more about the link you suggested.

Yes, that's what I think I should do. I'll just use this one I bought for PC and look for a 2.1 soundbar. But this time I'll do research muna. This one is an impulse buy. Didn't really researched the model first.

mas maganda talaga upgrade na lang sa 2.1, or straight 5.1 na. JBL malaki mag discount sa 2.1, you just have to wait for it. meron sila sa lazada at shopee, thats where i got mine. yung hi-end ng samsung ang reco na soundbars sa youtube.

This is the 16k sa jbl store I wanted to buy, 19k sa shopee. Its 3 hdmi input and 1 hdmi arc output and a wireless subwoofer. This 4k uhd daw. I'm wondering pano setup nito? PS4/TV Box -> speaker -> TV? Kaya ba nakalagay UHD kasi dadaan muna dito yung video signal bago ibabato sa TV? Di ko kasi gets yung UHD na feature.
