Pansin ko lang sa mga Samsung you have to use your entertainment system's speakers to get decent sound. Yung speakers kasi nya nasa likod, pangit ang sound, parang muted kasi nasa opposite direction. Na sacrifice ang sound for looks. Pero it doesn't matter if you have a good set of speakers.

Yes, mahal nga Sony. Sana may comparison tayo dito e.g. for the latest Samsung vs. Sony 55" LED TV. I have never scrutinize ung specs nila to see which is the better buy.

I don't know the current trend today pero last year, ang choices ko eh 40" na Series 6 LED at 42" na LG LED. Better check the specs and do a comparo. Also, I would suggest to take a look at LG LED TV's na rin for additional choices.

LG PLASMA 3d HD TV... mura na branded pa... i bought one for only 32k... 42".... i paired it with a kaiboer multimedia player 2.3k... and a external HARD drive 1TB with hd movies... 4.5T... maganda ang sounds... hindi lata ang tunog... pwede nang walang home theater... then the best of it all 3D pa cya... you can convert any movie to 3D..

VALUE FOR MONEY GO FOR THIS LG PLASMA...

Plasma is good, pero ang pangit sa plasma, image retention. Plasma is good for movies, but plasma is not good in gaming.

& madalas pang problema yung "burn in" sa screen noon, i don't know if this problem has been resolved w/ the latest models.

No problem with the burn also...

Yes, LG is my 3rd option actually.
