IMO Ipod video ako
PSP games are slow when you put it sa memory card (speacially GTA), at mahal pa ang memory stick

That depends on the flash memory. Some flash cards are quicker than others.
I got my PSP for $166 + $89 for a fast 4gb Memory Stick Pro Duo = $255.
I added an 8gb MSPD ($160). But, even 4gb can hold 8-9 full-length movies or 18+ 30-minute shows. That's more than enough for a trip. Considering I may only be able to watch 3 movies (6 hrs) before recharge, 4gb is ok.
I'm not the kind to pirate stuff (if I can avoid doing so)*. So, the most use I have for the memory cards are storing movies/jpegs/mp3 from my own collection. All my PSP games are the legit UMD ones.
* I hate being labeled as "another 3rd-world thief".

I'd go for the PSP because it's more multi-task oriented than your iPod.
My only gripe about PSP games is that it appears to have shorter gameplays compared to the PS2 console.
Be careful with channels like "China Observer" on YouTube. There is a clear bias in their posts and...
