    Thanks I've been with Globe ever since but haven't tried their mobile data. Didnt need it din kasi since sa work ko before, we had to leave our phone sa locker and sa bahay nakawifi. But ever since I've resigned and madalas nasa labas, I need data na. Halos di naman ako pumupunta sa mga remote places so I guess I'll stick with Globe...give it about a month or two and if I dont like the coverage/data siguro that's when I'll try Smart. Thanks guys.

    I suggest go with the telco with better customer service para sayo. Jan nagkakatalo yan madalas. I was a loyal customer of globe, their level of CS went down considerably. Switched to smart. Service is so-so, but better and more competent CS reps. Thats just me. Probably because trabaho ko yan dati, and i have a good idea kung ok or hindi ang serbisyo.

    that would depend on your location.
    it is common knowledge.. some areas are dead spots for certain telcos.
    find out which, po.

    in my workplace, smart is king.
    but in the hospital beside us, sun is alive and strong, everyone else is dead.

    Kung service ang paguusapan globe sucks big time. Sobrang hirap tumawag sa hotline. Tapos 2 sa family namin, di makarenew ng plan kasi may utang daw. E nakadikit naman ang plan sa credit card so automatic bayad. Nagtaka kami bakit may utang. Yun pala, may dinikit na same name sa account namin. Common name and surname kasi kami e. Tapos walang 2nd name. samantalang iba naman bday, address at middle name. Ang labo. Nakakabanas. Tapos wala daw sila magawa. Dapat daw punta pa sa globe para ipahiwalay, e since bulok nga ang service, antay mahigit 1 hour sa globe shop. Galing..

    nangyari sa amin yang nakadikit na pangalan na yan..... 4 months kaming bayad ng bayad, tapos nagtataka kami bakit may tawag ng tawag na collection agency... yun pala sa ibang account holder na credit.

    took them 8 months to fix.....

    That's exactly why I don't ever do autodebit from credit card. We are giving them "free reign" since we have to sign consent.

    Wow. Mas matindi pa sayo bro. Buti samin by cash magbayad yung nadikit na pangalan so hindi naisama sa credit card. Nakakabadtrip dahil kasalanan nila pero di nila ayusin agad

    May Load Tipid Plan ang smart, sim lang babayaran mo. No contract. So kung ayaw mo data performance nang smart sa usual area na pinupuntahan mo. Itapon mo na lang.
