Kung service ang paguusapan globe sucks big time. Sobrang hirap tumawag sa hotline. Tapos 2 sa family namin, di makarenew ng plan kasi may utang daw. E nakadikit naman ang plan sa credit card so automatic bayad. Nagtaka kami bakit may utang. Yun pala, may dinikit na same name sa account namin. Common name and surname kasi kami e. Tapos walang 2nd name. samantalang iba naman bday, address at middle name. Ang labo. Nakakabanas. Tapos wala daw sila magawa. Dapat daw punta pa sa globe para ipahiwalay, e since bulok nga ang service, antay mahigit 1 hour sa globe shop. Galing..
