Natapat ka sa g*gong contractor siguro. May pipirmahan ka talaga after the job at di nila macloclose ang ticket until walang confirmation from the customer.

I bet their system doesn't have any validation kung customer nga ang pumirma, so the technician can just scribble anything for signature, close na ticket
