Sir.. Nakakalungkot naman yan.. I-escalate nyo na po yan sa next escalation team kapag tumawag kayo.. Na unacceptable po ginagawa nila dahil on time po bayad pero sablay service.. hindi po nila pwede kayong i-lock in lalo na meron kayo evidences.. Mention po na may evidence din kayo sa call.. Ibig sabihin sila po yung hindi nakasunod sa lock in contract..
