Kung new modem na you might have to call them and have your connection reset and synchronized. That's what I do pag napansin kong bumabagal.
We had an outage last Saturday that was caused by some cut lines. Was fixed after 24 hours. Then nung Monday naputulan uli, Tuesday bumalik, Wednesday putol, Thursday until today so far stable. Ang gulo kasi ng wires sa mga poste. First outage for this year though.
First, try to to check the wifi channel you are using isn't interfered with by the neighboring wifi using the same channel
Install netgear analytics app to verify the channel frequency of all the wifi in the vicinity of your celfon. If the globe wifi has/have the same frequency as other wifi in the area try to change the frequency
2nd, if the modem is a wireless type; bring it outside the house and repeat the speed test.
If the result is still slow then the cell site must have problem. Try it again another time

Third party kasi technical support ng Globe.. Swerte lang talaga sa area namin siguro.. Kahit 10Mbps lang then capped ako sa 100GB per month sulit ko connection.. Stable.. Nung pinapa convert ako fiber hindi ako nagpa convert kasi wala akong problem sa connection ko for longest time..

I already sorted the wifi channels with wifi analyzer. I have 3 wifi routers side by side. 1 pldt, 1 globe and 1 main router where the pldt and globe is combined. But will see the sorting of channels again. Nakakaoagtaka lang I have high upload.

Plan 1899. Up to 20 mbps plan ko. The reason I don't want to drop globe is because I'm getting up to 26 mbps. Yun nga lang disconnect or ba bagal after few hours. Pero reset lang and mabilis na ulit.

I just messaged them on fb and they will send technician today, sadly wala ako sa bahay at anak ko lang aasikaso. Gulat nga ako at Send technician kagad. Sa pldt tawag lang yung tech nila reset sa side nila close na ticket. Naka 20+ ticket ako, at matinding pagmamakaawa sa CS nila sa phone bago nagpadala ng tech sa bahay.
