Na sunset na yung previous Globe app. They're now using Globe One. Badtrip lang yung new app kasi as of now I can only see one number per account. Dalawa kasi numbers under this account and in the previous app I can view the details of both numbers.

so they claim increase of speed from a max of 3 mbps to a max of 5, 15, and up to 20 mbps.
but my question remains, what is the real average mbps?

Mine is Globe 999, "unlimited" plan (7Gb/day), now from 3 mbps to 5mbps, no installation, activation, cash out, Only a silent upgrade.

kung nakiki ride lang sa backbone ng PLDT ang converge bakit kaya nila mag Offer ng cheaper and mas mabilis na speed sana the landline. Most often than not if residentials ayaw na rin meron landline.

It only means PLDT is overcharging everybody.

Juat waiting for my converge application and I'm freaking having my PLDT disconnected.

I wish converge would prosper and get a chunk of PLDT's customers.

BTW, nag offer dim converge ng upgrade plus ₱99 lang yata monthly for additonal 5 mbps.

Kung bulok lang naman na service wala ng tatalo sa PLDT.

Kung meron na converge sa area ninyo lipat na rin kayo.

Tapos lock in sa PLDT FIBER is 36 Mos. while sa converge 24 lang.

Malamang third party din but based sa mga nabasa ko mas masipag saka magalang daw unlike mga third party ni PLDT kailangan meron lagay

Edit: yun additonal ₱99/mo pala nila eh hinde lang 5Mbps but 10Mbps Speed bump. [emoji1360]

Bulok talaga pdlt pinaka worst customer service. Pldt dsl namin pag may tumawag or gumamit ng landline na ddc yung DSL. Ilan months namin complain hindi inaayos. Buti nalang meron converge sa area namin kaya lumipat na ako. Sabi ng naka kausap kong tech ng converge. Konti nalang daw employee ng sub contractor ng pldt sa area namin.
