Been a PLDT myDSL subscriber for around 4 years already (got myDSL Personal 4 yrs. ago - don't know what they call this plan now) . I get the fastest download speed every Sunday morning -up to 350KB/s (that's 350 KiloBytes/s not 350 kilobits/s) as indicated by IDM. The rest of the time it's only around 60~70KB/s.

nag improve after ko mag resquest sa customer service ng speed upgrade...sagwa ng connection nila for the last 3 months dito sa area namin...laging nadi disconnect before ng upgrade...nawawalan tuloy ako ng customers sa shop...kung di pa ako nag request eh di nila iupgrade ng kusa ang dsl connection ko...im paying 4k per month para sa package namin....i should be getting 2.2mbps with static ip address...hanggang ngayon dynamic pa rin itong sa amin

MyDSL sucks bigtime (San Joaquin,Pasig Area). Kaya lang no other choice eh. I told my wife to look for other alternative kaya lang mukhang PLDT lang ang available sa area namin. Mukhang ganun din yata sa Smartbro. We are really diappointed with PLDT Dsl. Again, It SUCKS BIGTIME!!

Mayroon bang (3-month) trial period ang PLDT MyDSL para malaman kung walang problema ang connection?

I am planning to replace my SmartBro with this.

SmartBro is very reliable in our area (LPC) but slows down from time to time. More importantly, I don't want its canopy protruding on top of our roof. PLDT's setup is definitely a lot more neat...

    TIA.

i will have it checked again...may pumunta na from PLDT dito to check the connection...bihira na mangyari ito simula ng speed upgrade...nawala na rin yung ingay kapag nakinig ka sa handset....

After patiently calling 172 almost everyday, mukhang nakulitan na sila and fixed my DSL connection problem.
