    Yes try mo muna sa wifi settings ng phone mo. Palitan mo ng google dns: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

    Sa una lang pala maganda converge, yung office buddy ko masyadong binebenta sakin converge although sa simula pa lang disclaimer niya non existent customer service kasi walang sumasagot hahaha! (bago pa converge that time, what more now?)

    Subjective naman yung maganda, pero they really need to improve customer service experience.

    Langya may pa “average waiting time” pa sila 5 minutes lang daw pero pang 40th ka sa pila.

    Have you upgraded your PLDT na?

    Speedwise consistent din naman si Converge dun sa availed na plan.

    Shadow, nagiinform ba converge sa billing?

    Applied for converge last year, 1 yr binayaran ko. Hindi ko na namalayan tapos na yung 1 yr ko. Walang pinapadalang statement of account.

    So, nawalan na ako ng internet, not knowing it was due to overdue bills.

    Tried going to their office, pucha sobrang haba ng pila!

    Tried calling their office number, out of service mga phones except for 1, na wala naman sumasagot!

    Tried emailing their support email, after 2 months wala pa din reply!

    Naghanap ng kakilala na may kakilala sa loob ng converge, dun ko lang nalaman na need ko na pala ulit magbayad.

    Btw, hindi din consistent ang speed ni converge dito sa office. Meron din akong PLDT Fibr sa office, consisten and never nagdown, except nung nagkaroon ng Luzon wide outage.

    Sa bahay din PLDT Fibr, never din nagkaproblem except one time na naputol yung line, sisi ni pldt lineman sa converge. Also, bilis ng customer service ng PLDT, the following day dumating agad technician.
