    At last may .13 mbps siya better than none Yung converge, kung mawalan ng net umaabot ilang araw tapos walang sumasagot na CSR. Pinaka ayoko talaga yun wala ako tao makausap

    fragile yata ang linya sa poste

    sa 3rd time naayos ang pag pwesto sa linya since then stable ang internet service

    I have told Cathy many times to pm me her details so i can fix her PLDT issues. She refuses kasi shy siya. As if i will divulge her personal info. I have given up trying to assist.

    Many others have contacted me directly and i have fixed their issues swiftly. Just pm me the full complete details: name, landline number, address and celphone so someone can reach out and schedule a visit.

    All i can say is competition is good for the customer. Satisfied customers arent as vocal as unhappy customers.

    Thanks to EQ naayos nuon landline namin na 2-3 weeks na walang nangyayari kahit reported na may problema.

    Also deducted the unused days in the monthly bill.
