You need to update your info with them (contact info and photo of the modem stickers) to get the speed upgrade. Once you've provided the details, the last confirmation screen will tell you that there will be a 24-month lock-in period (surprise!) if you proceed.

Only getting 15 Mbps DL. Even after they confirmed na "upgraded" na ako, it's still the same. Hassle lang magpa-ayos andaming troubleshooting steps at screenshots na ipo-provide mo sa kanila.

I just confirmed. 100 Mbps nga when I do a speedtest with a desktop PC. Still figuring out why speedtest and fast.com both measure at only a quarter of the speed on my phone. Naka-wifi lang din naman ang desktop PC.

Sana lang i-upgrade din nila mga modem/router nila na 2.4GHz only.

Ung sa amin, 25 Mbps to 50 Mbps ung nag-apply kami. Naka-disclose naman sa website nila na may 24-month lock-in period ulit.

Ung upgrade to 100 Mbps, based on their ad, no need to apply. Hassle nga din naman kasi kaka-apply lang namin months ago.

Mukhang nag-revert na yung speed ko doon sa offered upgrade nila na 100Mbps from 25Mbps.





I haven't mentioned it pa from previous postings, pero almost 1,400 lang on average ang binabayad ko monthly kay Converge.
Sa Shopee kasi ako nagbabayad at parating may less P100 voucher. Though this last time nasa P75 na lang na-discount ko.

btw "revert" means going back... they "went forward" with the upgrade.. i think that sounds more betterer..

So since nag upgrade na pala ng speed ang Plan 2500 to 500mbps, gumawa sila ng Plan 2000 for 300mbps.

it says, "up to 500...".
it does not guarantee 500 all the time.

kakabalik lang ang i-net service sa bahay. it took converge 8 days to act on it not sure if it was because of paeng typhoon and the undas holidays but it seemed like forever.

sa forced digital abstinence ko, i was able to finish 2 novels kasi sa halos walang magawa pag gabi (not really fond of using the smart phone at home). so may benefit din naman pala.
