Thank you converge for making filipino realized what's important right now, it's not how fast your internet is. It's not the material things.

Lipat na sa PLDT. May libreng landline pa na magagamit mo para matawagan yung customer service pag walang internet. Wala pa rin yata CS ang Converge kaya walang libreng landline![]()
Nawala internet ng PLDT Fibr sa office yesterday. Had my sec immediately call PLDT, was told to expect a visit from their team in 3-5 days. Dumating this morning around 8:30AM mga PLDT technician, pero mukhang restored na internet before they came.
Now, etong Converge naman nawalang ng internet. Saan ako tatawag?

Yung Converge ko sa prabins, Nov2 pa down. Lumipas na 3 bagyo at may kuryente na nka down parin. May reference number nakuha dahil pumila sa opis then now ang bill covered buong month. Wala number for follow-up ang haba ng pila at wala man lang mechanism for rebate, sumisingil ng 1month advanced billing then half month and counting na walang sebisyo. :twak: After contract period and no improvement, churn na.
