    Nararanasan nyo ba yung connected naman kayo pero hindi blinking ang "Internet" na ilaw ng router?

    Connected pero may warning na "no internet" sa phone o PC. Hassle kailangan pang i-restart ang modem para lang magka-internet access ulit.

    bro mga officemate ko rin na converge users ganyan issue ngayon. di na daw natapos problema, buti nalang nakakaconnect parin vpn

    Last week nawalan ako internet and phone service sa PLDT fiber namin sa office. Dumating agad the following day technicians, baka daw naputol ng converge techs yung fiber line ko, kasi may nakita sila new line ng converge, wala pang alikabok

    Matagal-tagal pa bago maging PLDT level (or even Globe level) ang customer service ng Converge. Need pa nila magipon ng additional capital to hire more techs.

    And then papasok pa ang Dito. Lalo sila mahirapan. Pero tama yang pagpasok ng Converge and Dito, para mag gumanda na ang internet service natin.

    Stability is more important than speed.

    We have a PLDT Fibr 10Mbps as backup. Whenever Converge decides to stop working, 5 kaming sharing sa 10Mbps. Ang PLDT namin less than half the speed of Converge pero dahil stable, we can scrape by on just 10Mbps. That's 2 online classes through Google Meet, 2 WFH remote desktop access, 1 browsing with multiple tabs. Smartphones pa na always connected. Eh lalo pa ngayon na nag free speedboost si PLDT.

    Kalokohan yang dodoblehin ang speed on demand. Gawin nilang stable ang connection. Kaya andaming nauurat sa Converge eh.

    di ba meron very small and fine print indicating yung percentage reliability ng service?

    agree on stability.. lalo na yung upload speed dapat mataas din lalo na kung puro google meet or zoom ang gamit kasi nag upload ka din ng video mo eh..

    unlike before na puro browsing lang..

    Depende talaga sa area. Eh di baligtarin mo gawin mong main yun PLDT tapos back up na lanf Converge.
