2 years na ako sa Converge very satisfied. Buti nalang very rare mag downtime sa area namin. Sa payment naman gamit ko yung App nila. No problems so far.
The nerve naman ng sky! Ganyan din sa credit card ng HSBC, iba yung payment sa collections. I really don't like when they outsourced CSR kasi nga wala sila access sa lahat ng data, unlike before yung phone bankers are all assistant manager level.
2 lang kayo na happy, mas marami reklamo, PLDT pa rin!

Again...competition is good for the country and the end customers. Basta dapat healthy competition hehehe. Kung walang competition service will be even worse, speeds slower, new technology roadmap will slow down to a crawl.
Vast majority benefit in the end. Yes there will always be those who get the short end of the stick in terms of service and downtime. Statistically it is impossible to keep more than 70 million customers happy all the time.
