I have told Cathy many times to pm me her details so i can fix her PLDT issues. She refuses kasi shy siya. As if i will divulge her personal info. I have given up trying to assist.
Many others have contacted me directly and i have fixed their issues swiftly. Just pm me the full complete details: name, landline number, address and celphone so someone can reach out and schedule a visit.
All i can say is competition is good for the customer. Satisfied customers arent as vocal as unhappy customers.
