Nah, I don't think the iPad 3 will be introduced that early. I know I read somewhere that Apple is gearing up manufacturing of the iPad 2 as they're anticipating a large demand when iOS 5 is released.

Besides, in the 2011 WWDC Keynote Address just barely a month ago, they did say that 2011 will be the "Year of the iPad 2". Unless Steve Jobs' powerful enough to have any influence on the Gregorian calendar, 2011 doesn't end in Fall. :P
