I won't risk the autovolt issue masyadong mahal kung masira hehehehe.
Whether Japan, US or Asian unit, parepareho daw na autovolt mga adapters kahit na 100v, 110v, 120v or 220v ang naka indicate.
For a very long time the Xbox 360 was the only console that I needed, but it seems very very soon there is now a reason for me to probably get a PS3. Metal Gear 4 and Gran Turismo 5 is in the horizon, pag lumabas na yung dalawang yun and hopefully price cuts then ok na siguro bumili ng PS3.
As a ordinary DVD player, yung PS 3 is not a bad 1080P upscaling player, and it can play DIVX files too. Just be sure you have the latest firmware. Yung region lock niya will entirely depend sa DVD collection mo. Kung puro R3, buy the Asian model. R1 for the US model.
Malapit na din kasi yung GT5 and MGS4 atsaka nanalo na Bluray so there was already incentive to buy one.
Nag order na rin ako. 18K for the 80GB model. Is this a good deal? Console and 1 controller lang ang kasama. No free games.
I bought my PS3 at 22.5T last year. So today's price is a steal now.
with Blu-Ray, Divx playback, PS3 Games, Upscaling DVD player, Internet Browser, Music Media Player. I think its money well spent.
40GB Japanese version yung dumating. 17K. And I read in the internet na hindi pala backward compatible mga 40GB models sa mga PS1 and PS2 games. I'll be returning back the unit and hope to get a 60GB US version.
Question: puro ******* downloads mga PS2 games ko, can I play these in the PS3?
I think PS3 can't play backup, ******* or pirated games. It has to be modified first. I havent heard of a modded PS3 yet.
40gb is not compatible with original PS2 games. Only the 60gb & 80gb version.
Including 2 controllers at 2 free orig. games yun.
Mas mura ngang lumalabas dyan yung PS3 with that package. Lumalabas na 5K lang yung 1 extra controller and 2 games.
Pahirapan din maghanap ng 60gb model dito. Sana nga makahanap pa. Kung wala, baka Wii nalang ipapalit ko![]()
I would just get the 40GB IMO yan pinakasulit sa lahat ng package unless dami mong dinadownload 40GB is sufficient since puro save games lang naman ang ginagamit nyan sa PS3.
The PS3 can't play anything illegal as of yet... So you're better off getting the 40GB since di mo rin magagamit backward compatibility ng 60GB kung puro warez PS2 games mo. Better keep your old PS2.
