Finally a podium finish for Massa. Kudos Vettel for winning the Japanese GP!
Japanese GP: Last five races a 'mini championship', says Alonso
The remaining five races of the season will be like mini world championship according to Fernando Alonso, who saw his world championship points lead all but wiped out in Suzuka.
The Ferrari driver spun out of the Japanese Grand Prix at the first corner after making contact with Kimi Raikkonen's Lotus, while his chief rival in the standings Sebastian Vettel took a dominant victory.
Alonso is now just four points ahead of Vettel, who became the first driver to deliver back-to-back victories in 2012 and has momentum behind him.
But the Spaniard maintains that nothing has changed for him in his approach to the championship, and that his world title ambitions remain firmly intact.
"I think one time I will retire, maybe next time Vettel will retire, you never know, that's motorsport," said Alonso. "It's five races to go, it will be like a mini championship, because we start with the same points and we need to score one more point [than him] in five races. So we will try to do it."

^^^ Yup...
Bottomline,- Ferrari needs to improve in their qualification,- so that they are in the first row of the grid;- far from possible contacts/accidents.....
17.0K:out:
I hope Vettel will get the same car he have in Japan.
That car was perfect!
Before you tweet, make sure you don't end up looking like an idiot...
Oct.8 (GMM) Lewis Hamilton accused his McLaren teammate Jenson Button of lacking respect in the hours after Sunday's Japanese grand prix.
Earlier media reports - indicating that the pair's relationship was breaking down ahead of Hamilton's switch to Mercedes - revealed that Button had 'unfollowed' the 2008 world champion on Twitter.
Lewis Hamilton comment on Twitter
"After three years as teammates, I thought we respected one another but clearly he doesn't," Hamilton told his 1.1 million Twitter followers.
"Funny thing is, we are STILL teammates!"
Less than an hour later, the 27-year-old realised his mistake.
"My bad, just found out Jenson never followed me. Don't blame him!"

Sauber: Schumi a possibility
Michael Schumacher could head to Sauber next after chief executive Monisha Kaltenborn admitted the midfield would be interested in signing him.
The seven-time World Champion has been left without a race-seat for next year's Championship after losing out to Lewis Hamilton.
Hamilton's replacement at McLaren has already been signed with Sergio Perez departing from Sauber and heading to Woking leaving the Swiss team with a seat open.
And that seat could yet go to Schumacher should the 43-year-old want to continue racing.
"Of course it's nice to think of such a possibility, that we can ask ourselves if we can get a seven-time World Champion when he is on the market," Kaltenborn told the Bild.
"Michael has until now been with just big stables which we can't compare ourselves to."
Team owner Peter Sauber has previously admitted an interest in Schumacher, saying he would "immediately" sign the German if he were available.
