now that the olympics is over, the military exercise can go ahead
KJU/NK hates US-SK military exercises coz they see it as preparation for real war
everytime meron US-SK military exercise, NK has to go on full alert coz they couldn't take the chance that the military exercise is really war in disguise
So now KJU wants to talk with Trump
and Trump accepts
