Big difference, IMO.
Du30 can be off the cuff at times but the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. In other words, he has his faults, but damn, you can see his passion and sincerity towards his job. Imagine if this Covid-19 happened under Mar Roxas.... this will be another Yolanda disaster. Besides, Du30 seems to be not seeking a 2nd term
Trump: Where do I begin? You can't trust anything he says. Everything is always about him. He stands by EVERYTHING that will benefit him. He's always showing off how he's this "very stable genius" when most of everything he believes in are either conspiracy theories or provably blatantly untrue. He's been practically campaigning for re-election ever since he became POTUS. Beyond the seemingly suave exterior (or at least he tries to project it), everyone, except Trumpers, sees a child and a bully, who resorts to calling names, mocks people with disabilities, and for somebody who said that he had no time to watch TV or play golf, watches a lot of TV and played more golf than any previous president. And don't get me started on the close to 30 Tweets a day average from July of last year to January 2020.

Trump: “When you do testing to that extent, you’re going to find people, you’re going to find more cases. So I said to my people, ‘slow the testing down.'”

by Bob Brigham
June 25, 2020
The leader of the free world was asked a softball question during an appearance Fox News.
Sean Hannity asked Trump about his “top priority items for a second term.”
But Trump could not answer.
Instead, he talked about talent being more important than experience, how he had not spent much time in Washington, DC before being elected president and called former National Secrurity Advisor John Bolton an “idiot.”
