    my guess is,
the ordinance was refering to equal rights... for males, females, and none-of-the-aboves.
did they specifically direct the assignment of comfort rooms?

I stopped at LGBT, only to find out there's now LGBTQIA+. What a mouthful. Guess everything's evolving. From duality to plurality. How many public bathroom types will there be in 10 years' time, I wonder?
There was a survery in New York. It turns out people there thinks that there are actually 31 genders. Hehe

Yan ang ayaw ko sa gay community, when they start social crusades that would burden the society. Established rule na yung classification by biological *** eh, they should not complicate simple things just because they have the need to feel special.

Yan ang problema sa self-generated gender. Para maiba lang eh esep esep na lang nang ibang gender hehehe.

It's hard to put a standard to such a practice. Self-imposed or should we say very selfish.

Hahaha. Para iwas pusoy nga. The cons definitely outwieghs the pros on this one.

Yung mga can afford na establishment may offer gender-equal restrooms though. Kaso ilang kinds of room kaya gagawin. Hehee

it's time to accept that the world is a-changing bros.

the youth of today is gender fluid. there's no way that'll be changing anytime soon.

if you ask your kids about this, baka ma dismaya lang kayo. time to open up your minds and embrace it for what it is.

Does gender equal rest room equate to a common restroom for all? Dyan naman ako hindi agree. I would not want my 3 girls going into a rest room where grown men go. Dapat hiwalay pa din, for security.

The only constant thing in this world is change.

In Pilipino; Sa buong mundo, laging may barya.

I don't get what the current brouhaha over this is, most private establishments have only 1 common restroom anyway so you just have to wait your turn like everybody else. That's what I call equality. LoL.

i know there are LGBT here and i have family and friends that are gay/lesbians, its nothing personal, but i dont approve any of it, lalo na ang same s€x marriage, it will be a precedent to something worse, like man and dog, brother and sister, mother and son marriage, their contention will be, if 2 dicks can tie the knot, why cant we? Masama masyadong too much freedom..

I'm also not in favor but what I want is for them to have same legal rights as hetero marriage at least in terms of properties and assets.

i think someone proposed "legal union" or something, but not "legal marriage".
the rights and responsibilities are written down.
but somehow, i get the impression they still want the label "marriage".

31 genders? Wow, just like Baskin Robbins' 31 flavors of ice cream.

I take back what I said about evolving. Cause mankind is not evolving. More like regressing. We live in strange times.

Read and weep, sir, this is a Q.C. ordinance since 2014 --

Yes legal union nga instead of marriage kasi since time immemorial eh marriage is between man and woman lang.

The legal consequences of such union would be good din naman talaga. But definitely we don't need to change the Family Code just to accommodate all genders. A new law could be passed specifically for their property - real and personal - as well as any succession rights and adoption rights although sana pag-aralan ng mabuti hindi yung madaliin because research in the states show that married men and women still raise better children that same *** couples. It's natural and hereditary or instinctual kasi.

I do also agree on legal union.
Members of the 3rd s3x are known to adopt kids as a workaround to start a family.

One less orphan is still a win. Kung maging member din ng 3rd s3x ang bata, ok lang as long as magiging mabuti at contributing to society sya.
    Kesa naman maging palaboy.

that means, anyone can use them rooms.

    might i propose an addendum?
that these rooms be kept in utmost cleanliness at all times.
