    This will be a very thorny issue for his administration.

    The Republicans will control both the Congress and the Senate. The most conservative Supreme Court of the last 30 years will still be conservative even after Trump is gone. It will be a foregone conclusion that political or judicial challenges to the above policy will not prosper at all.

    I wonder what sort of strategy the LGBTQ+ movement will use to win back the court of public opinion.
