Dr d, soft loan from japan usually ang big ticket items except if kaya ng ayala or san miguel ang 374B.
Kung hindi subsidized ng govt ang fares, mahal talaga ang subway just like in other countries.
Just like here in osaka, 6 stops away ang universal studios and costs 200 pesos per way!

Just saw Sen Zubiri sa universal studios. Part ba sya ng delegation ni du30?

What will happen if your property lies below the subway system? May specific depth lang ba ang sakop ng property?

Matagal ko na naririnig itong sub-way plan na ito.

But seriously, I don't get the point of this project.

Kung congestion ang dahilan, I'd rather spend the money rehabilitating the train system to and from Metro Manila. Kahit Pampanga to MM sa North, at Laguna to MM sa South, laking bagay niyan.

Then spend the effing billions to rehab MRT.

Ang mahal ng pag-construct sa ilalim. Imagine ang pamasahe at subsidy niyan from govt.

Yung PNR north project I think is already underway.

If total rehab ang mangyayari sa MRT3, it might be good in the long run, but I guess total shutdown ang mangyayari dito if it will push through.

May napanood ako sa show ni Ted Failon about the build build build infra projects by the current admin.

The plan according to the urban planner is to de-centralize the metro manila. Magtatayo ng mga businesses outside the metro. Tarlac Green City I believe is on the way na.

Yung extension from Baclaran LRT 1 to Cavite ba or Laguna is nakaplano na din and may budget na.

Yung PNR project ba is the same as the botched PNR project from the Arroyo administrator na tinigil due to, what else corruption.? Sayang yung dahil nasimulan and may mga elevated posts na kaso nahinto.

Clark is another one, DOTr is now holding their office there.

According sa some posts sa SSC, gigibain yung mga piers/posts and build a new one doon sa PNR north line.

MANILA, Philippines — The P200-billion Makati City Subway project is “no longer economically and operationally feasible” because of the territorial dispute between Makati and Taguig, according to its contractor.

In a disclosure on Friday, Philippine Infradev Holdings Inc. said that some subway stations and depot had been declared under the jurisdiction of Taguig following a Supreme Court decision.
According to the listed company’s latest financial report, construction activities have been suspended.
