I'm with uls.

And kung ganyan kalaking contract let's say ang nakakuha eh Ayala or SMB. Diretso na rin Sila sa supplier

kasi sa pagkaalam ko, when a government wants to build a subway system, contractors bid for the project

    Sa Asia, it's Japanese contractors

naturally, Japanese contractors will get the project

ano papel dito ng filipino agent?

    Ok lang naman may agent..

Parang car lang yan... may agent... or house and lot may agente...

I heard of that project last year... pero may jap. Contractor na...

    Bidding? Ha ha ha ha!!!

Shadow... i dont think walang local partner yan... by law it should be 40 60-- or else, ma null and void lang ng S.c. ang contrata nila.. at from the very beginning lumalabas iregular na agad... unless nalang kung nakakuha si DU30 ng special powers..

I'd rather use the money reviving/improving the rail system to and from Metro Manila, e.g. CALABARZON-Metro Manila, Pampanga-Bulacan-Metro manila

The Philippine subway won't look like the Singapore or Hong Kong subway.

It will look like the crowded subway in the end of the movie Crocodile Dundee.

I am hoping they fix the drainage first. What a nightmare if it gets flooded during the wet season.
