    Malabo yan mapera ang SM
    di naman basehan kung mapera

    if you have 500 businesses and some of them are bleeding (losing money while they remain open)... shut down mo na to stop the bleeding

    iba pa ung businesses na breakeven... pwede di muna isara... baka mag improve... pero after a period of time isasara din

    only keep the profitable ones open

    hirap parin mga mall

    maari dumami na foot traffic pero mahina gumastos mga tao

    mga tenants mo nakikiusap parin babaan ang rent kasi mahina benta nila

    alam mo yun coz namo-monitor mo ang sales ng mga tenant

    Mga restos based inside malls, hirap talaga. Compared sa mga restos na stand alone (outside of malls), back to normal na ang sales.

    If ganito pa din ang benta sa loob ng mall, in the next few months madami pa magsasara. SM have started to charge for rent at increments of 10%, 20%, etc. starting january. So by June, tenants will have to pay 50% of their basic rent. E kung hindi naman nag increase ang sales, saan kukunin ni tenant ang payment for rent?

    yup

    kaya di imposible may SM mall na magsara

    can't keep a mall open when the expense of keeping it open is higher than income

    once binuksan mo lahat ng ilaw, aircon laki na ng gastos... mga agency pa babayaran (security, janitorial...), sweldo ng mall management/admin....

    aside from restos, other tenants hirap din i think... like apparel

    wala siguro masyado bumibili ng damit at sapatos ngayon... wala naman pinupuntahan
