    if im not mistaken, to cover the cost of the travel to process the passports. at least this is for countries na konti lang Filipinos.

    Pwede naman nilang embed sa price ng passport yung overhead cost nila (courier service lang naman ang bulk ng overhead nito compared kung sa Pinas papagawa). Sa Singapore more than double ang price ng passport natin compared kung dito sa Pinas mo kukunin. Magkano ba singil nila sa passport renewal sa Canada?

    cost yun sa pag punta outside the city. ewan ko lang kung yan din ba situation sa canada. sa ibang bansa ganyan e. nabasa ko lang sa news.

    alam ko iba na presyo ng passport pag overseas ka nag pa renew..kaya yung donation baka extra nalang yon.. at baka hindi makarating sa dapat pag lagyan

    Kaya meron silang trabaho, dahil meron mga pinoy na OFW at nag reremit ng pera sa Pinas.

    Ang hirap kasi sa ibang mga CG ay political appointees, na walang qualification sa job description at hindi marunong makiharap sa mga OFW na nagpapa-sweldo sa kanila.

    Ipamalita mo sa lahat ng media yan. Tiga Calgary ako at nabalitaan ko nga na nangongotong mga tiga Consulate sa Calgary at ang pasimuno nga ay yang si Ampeso. Di anga ako maniwala pero ngayon may ebidensya na pwede natin pa RCMP yan. Tiyak talsik sa Canada yan.

    No, I don't think the donation will be for the coverage of their expenses going to Red Deer.
    Yan pang mga yan nag a out-of-the-pocket expense? Sagot lahat yan ng budget from Phil Consulate sa Vancouver.

    Hindi mo mapapagkatiwalaan ang donation box eh! Parang box lang ng zest tapos walang banner or logo man lang ng red cross, kahit anong charity and whatnot.

    Anyway guys, a fellow kababayan called me up and let me talk to his friend who turned out to be reporter for Balitang Canada.
    The reporter recorded our conversation as I recalled the whole incident. He said that after finalisation, this news will be aired on Sunday, May 28 EST.

    I'll record and post the vid here, so stay put.
